New Library Books!
Here are a couple great new books in at the library:

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series is being made into movies again! The most recent adaptation is the American version of Stieg Larrson’s first book of his incredible trilogy.

The book tells the story of Journalist Mikael Blomkvist and hacker Lisbeth Salander as they investigate the disappearance of Harriet Vanger which took place forty years ago.
The Swedish interpretation of the movie came out in 2009 – if you would like to watch it, CLICK HERE place a hold on the copy we have here at the library.
The most recent release is the American movie version starring Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara. Currently in theaters, the movie was released in Canada on December 20th, 2011. Check out the IMDb information on the movie HERE.
This English-language adaptation of the Swedish novel by Stieg Larsson follows a disgraced journalist, Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig), as he investigates the disappearance of a wealthy patriarch’s niece from 40 years ago. He is aided by the pierced, tattooed, punk computer hacker named Lisbeth Salander (Rooney Mara). As they work together in the investigation, Blomkvist and Salander uncover immense corruption beyond anything they have ever imagined.
